ProPricer fields in the Header/Footer and Default

Feature Request: Default ProPricer Fields in Headers, Footers, and Documents

Summary:
Enable users to configure ProPricer (PP9) fields as default values at both the template and document-property levels. When a document is created from a template, configured fields should automatically populate wherever they are used, including headers and footers.

Problem Statement:
Users currently need to manually enter ProPricer field values after creating a document, even when the same information is consistently required across documents. This creates repetitive work, increases the risk of inconsistent or missing information, and makes it difficult to maintain standardized document headers and footers.

Proposed Solution:
Allow users to select and configure PP9 fields as defaults within document templates and document properties.
Support placement of these default fields in document headers, footers, and body content.
When a user creates a document from a template, automatically populate the configured fields with the applicable ProPricer values.
Allow document-level properties to override template defaults when a document requires unique values.
